The storage units and surrounding areas are clean. The main gate is broken so we have to utilize the storage during business hours. The customer service is good, and the move in process is smooth. Download the PS app for an even easier move.

It was prompt online service and EVERYTHANG was as said online only thang is there is never anyone at the office there and the exit gate doesn't work but all in all EVERYTHANG was good

Could use more courtesy equipment and a better checkout system. Roll up door still needs to be repaired at the exit.

Very unfriendly onsite staff. I did everything online because I was not welcomed by the gentleman at this site facility. I suggest he needs to be trained on good customer service to all people not just a select group.

Nice and very affordable facility, only caveat is operating and access hours are not 24/7, after 6 PM no trollies or dollies available if staff is not there.

Emails started as soon as I reserved the unit 3-4 days later. About securing it, prices etc etc etc - endless annoying emails!! Had to weed thru what was essential and what was marketing.
